How Much Does it Cost?

How do you offer support?
Using our encrypted Remote Control Connection Software, our Technicians will talk you through the process of connecting to your machine to quickly troubleshoot your issue(s).
What systems and applications do you support?
We cover ALL Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Applications including MS Office 365, Virtual Private Servers, Website Hosting Problems, DNS & Network Issues plus LAN connectivity.
I need assistance, what should I do?
Before contacting us, try to write down as much information as you can describing your fault/issue. i.e. Do you have a server or desktop fault? Has the machine been rebooted and what result did that give?
What happens if you cannot resolve my issue?
Occasionally, it may not be possible to resolve your issue remotely. We can then arrange a ‘no obligation’ visit to your premises to further investigate the problem
